12 Week Training Program ideal for (UCSB TRI) a Sprint Triathlon
I have written this program for a Sprint Triathlon Event both for Female/Male beginner to Intermediate. I also wrote it with flexibility so it can be used in a Longer Sprint Triathlon (500m swim 15-mile bike 5k Run). If your have never been coached as a "Triathlete" before this a great program to start out with. It allows you to feel what its like to Build your Training towards a Race, recover and point towards the next event . I based the workouts using a Heart Rate monitor or Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). 12 Week Long Course Training Schedule
This 12 week program was written for a Long Course 1mile swim 34Bike 10Run. When writing this schedule I designed it to consider a rolling 10 mile run.
